Sales Team
Lucy Shearer joined The Point/The Peninsula team from
NorthView Harbour, a Crescent community on the northern shore of Lake
Norman. She has more than 20 years of real estate experience, much of
it in the Lake Norman and Charlotte areas.
John Touchberry began working for Crescent in 1990 as a sales
agent at The Peninsula and has since been a top seller for numerous years,
including the 2000 Sales and Marketing Council Sales Person of the Year.
Prior to joining Crescent, John owned a Charlotte real estate company.
Jan Walker joined The Point/The Peninsula sales team in 1999,
having previously owned a real estate company in California. She has
been licensed since 1978 and has been in real estate full-time since
she was licensed. Her achievements and accreditations include a broker's
license and a CSB (Certified New Homes Professionals) designation. Jan's
awards include a National Sales Award from Realty Alliance and a Million
Dollar Circle Platinum Award from the National Association of Home Builders.
